DUES:
1. Monthly dues are due by the first of the
month, and must be paid up for Program Rates to apply
2. Monthly Dues are paid in advance, and deducted
automatically from each member's flight account.
3. Monthly Dues are due for the group enrolled in
regardless of Aircraft flown.
MEMBERSHIP:
1. Can only fly planes for the group enrolled in
or below
2. If you wish to move down a group, written
notice is required; $300 is required to move up again
3. If membership lapses, to get current, six
months dues or back dues, whichever is less, will be required.
If more than one year lapses, 50% of Membership Fee is required.
If more than two years lapse, 100% of Membership Fee is required.
4. To move up to the next Group, pay $300 and new
Group Monthly Dues.
5. No Refunds on one time Membership Fee
MISC.
1. A Rental Lease Agreement and Program
Membership Application be completed before first flight.
2. Rental Lease Agreement and Program Operating
Procedure terms are to be followed.
3. A check-out by an authorized Ace Aviation
Designated Flight Instructor is required for each model Aircraft
flown.
4 Dry rental rates apply if fuel is purchased
elsewhere
5. Fuel will be paid for at the end of each
flight (When using dry rate method)
6. All Flights shall end at the fuel pumps
7. All charges are due at the end of each flight.
Members must maintain a positive flight account balance
8. Sharing flight time with other pilots that are
not members in the Program and sharing cost at Program rates is not
allowed. Only program members get a discount. The other
pilot(s) will have to pay their share at normal rates or join the
Program and become a Member. Any violation of these rule will
result in loss of Program Membership and all rental privileges at Ace
Aviation, Inc.
9. Any violation of any FAR will terminate
Program Membership and all flying privileges, with no refund.
