Ace Aviation designed their aircraft brokerage program exclusively for premium pre-owned aircraft. Ace Aviation seeks aircraft owners who desire excellence and results. Our brokerage program involves a series of steps to reach our goal of attaining the highest market value for a particular aircraft
Market Evaluation
Ace Aviation evaluates the market value of your aircraft with Blue Book and Aircraft Value Reference analysis, market conditions, and historical market trends. Through this evaluation we come up with an accurate price your aircraft will bring on the market today or in the near future.
Advertising & Marketing Portfolio
Your aircraft will receive National exposure the first day the aircraft enters our brokerage program. We immediately place the airplane on our internet advertisements and then carefully put together photos and specifications for our advertisements in various publications. Ace Aviation also puts together actual photos and specification sheets in a folder portfolio to be air mailed to serious prospects. In addition, Ace Aviation is in contact everyday with various aircraft dealer and owners around the nation looking for trades and the right aircraft. Below are examples of just some of the many places your aircraft will be seen though out the nation.
Presentation
When a prospect is serious about one of our brokered aircraft, we arrange to demonstrate the airplane. We will meet the prospect at a mutually agreed upon location and present the aircraft to them. This allows our clients of our brokerage program to carry on with their own profession or life while we take care of time consuming aspect of presenting the aircraft.
Pre-Purchase Inspection
Once we have successfully demonstrated the aircraft and it is time for a pre-purchase inspection, Ace Aviation arranges for only a qualified maintenance facility to complete this inspection. We generally travel with the aircraft to this facility to make sure the inspection is completed in a fashion that is both acceptable and unbiased.
Negotiations
This is where this brokerage program really serves its weight in gold. Our sales representative has many years of experience putting together deals that result in both a sale and the most money attainable for a particular aircraft. Let us handle any buyer objections and in turn get your aircraft sold.
Closing & Delivery
Once Ace Aviation has successfully evaluated, marketed, shown, inspected, and negotiated the sale of your aircraft, we will then handle the closing and sale documents. The closing is important because we make sure the buyer makes the right moves to secure the capital for the purchase. When this occurs, we can deliver the aircraft if needed and we have completed our series of steps to the successful sale.
Will my aircraft have to be based at Ace Aviation's facility?
This is optional. You may continue to operate the aircraft until it is sold or Ace Aviation will take possession of the aircraft and store it in our large heated hanger and no cost to you. It is to your advantage that we take possession of the aircraft for the following reasons:
- Appearance is important. It gives us an opportunity to prep and detail the aircraft so that it is ready to show. A sharp looking aircraft sells for an average of $5,000 more than an aircraft that is not properly detailed.
- We are able to provide immediate access to the aircraft. It is to your advantage that we are able to show the aircraft to a potential buyer at any time including weekends.
- We are able to provide pilots should the potential buyer request a demo.
- We are able to reposition the aircraft for closing. The majority of buyers want their mechanic to conduct the pre-purchase inspection.
- On average, a brokered aircraft based at our facility, sells 30 days sooner than an aircraft based at an alternate location.
